The service
ElevatePoint provides AI-assisted B2B outreach: signal detection, email verification, research-based copy, sending and meeting booking. The service is in private beta and may change.
Acceptable use
- Use ElevatePoint only for lawful business-to-business communication.
- Do not use it to contact consumers where consent is required, or to send deceptive, harmful or illegal content.
- Honour every opt-out request. We may suspend accounts that generate abuse complaints.
Fees
Beta pricing is agreed individually in writing. Where pricing is per meeting, a meeting counts only when it actually takes place.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
