What we collect
- Early-access requests: the work email and company website you submit, the time of submission and your IP address.
- Business contact data our customers ask us to process for B2B outreach: names, job titles, business email addresses and public company information.
How we use it
To respond to early-access requests, to provide the service to our customers, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data.
Legal basis
Legitimate interest for B2B communication, and consent where required by law. Every outreach email includes a way to opt out, and opt-outs are honoured permanently.
Retention
Early-access data is kept until you ask us to delete it or the beta ends. Opt-out records are kept so we never contact that address again.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop contacting you, by emailing nirav@elevatepoint.tech.
